The investigation did not confirm what Tobes is, it also only said that MITO was seen running away from the crime s end with a bloodied knife.

Just clarifying, does this mean we have identified Biscan's murderer and a non-townie? And identified a definite townie?

I had Tobes investigated lads, and on my way home I saw MITO running from the area in which IBWT was killed with his bloodied knife. I just happened to see MITO.
 
OK so my random guess - Valley's obviously claiming psychic and Tobes was his investigation result, but there's no explanation for the bit about MITO, only non-disclosed thing is Mafia's secret ability, so mafia's secret ability is to give someone fake info?
