Can't play like that again!

 

Only a point behind Chelsea now, what a season we're having

 

3 points, not pretty but they got the result and that's what mattered today.

 

Last week we dominated Stoke and couldn't break through. Today we were absolute garbage and won. Chuffed with today but why can't we play well and win sometimes?!

 

Wouldn't mind a repeat of this for a few more weeks to be honest. Alls I need to make it a wholly pleasant saturday afternoon is for the mackems to get hit for 3 again... or 6.

 

Happy that justice has been served; last week we had the reverse against us, easily deserved a win vs Stoke. Today the Cherries were much better, but we'll take that win all day long. Sorry, Bournemouth, but you need to put this one down to Jack Butland.

Just to add, though, Cisse is the worst footballer we have. I'd sooner see anyone at all come on than him, he's an incredible liability. I thought Steve's tactical change ensured we won that, but in going to 4-5-1 to see it out we had to keep Mitro up top, not fckign Cisse. He has to go in January.

 

Well **** me. That was stressful. Terrible performance but 3 points is 3 points.
Bournemouth didn't deserve to lose that, but Eliott played a stormer.
Time to relax during an international break without being in the relegation zone. phew.

 

We desperately need a cm who can pass the ball. Anita is poor. Would love for us to splurge on a really good cm. Granit xhaka comes to mind.

Daylight robbery today but we have been on the receiving end of this recently so just glad for 3 points. For me Mbemba MOM followed by Colo and Elliot.

Totally undeserved 3 points. Luckily there isn't a column in the table for undeserved points so we'll take it. One of our worst performances of the season though. At no point did we look like taking control. Can't help but feel sorry for the Bournemouth fans. Complete daylight robbery.

With the exception of Elliot, Mbemba, Colo and Thauvin - and to a lesser extent Dummett who actually defended ok - nobody comes out of that with any credit. What a performance from Elliot though. Well played lad!!!

 

Think we'll end up with Clement Grenier. Quite a few linked players with contracts entering final year/six months in Jan. Also desperately need a better option than Cisse.

 

I'll take those three points any which way.
We didnt deserve them but it us karma given recent games we got nowt.

Gotta feel for Bournemouth there. We deserved nothing from that.

Only positives from my point of view are seeing that McClaren can make the right tactical changes, Rob Elliot isn't as bad as has been stated, Thauvin actually looking like he wants to put a shift in.

 

Deffo take him, but he'll go to a bigger club.

 

It would be absolute insanity to sack McLaren. We have started a project and we have to see it through. Sacking him at this point would be a completely backwards step.
