S O'D says who he wants but it is up to Burt to get them thats the role of DoF, except at Newcastle where Joke Kinnear is trying(very)to become a DoF.

Let's hope it's not the shape of things to come. Bournemouth will struggle in the Championship.

Well I can tell you if we were in the championship and we 2 league games of reading at home and Bournemouth away none of us would of looked forward to it and probably thought 0 points would come out of it. Instead we kept 2 clean sheets and would of got 4 points. We are improving and SOD hopefully will sort the scoring out

Watched the video again and here's my take on it.
He wants Pack but the board are looking at the free transfer market, probably because they see we have a lot of midfielders at the moment. And Kelly will be back so it's not really a replacement for a player. I would of said to the board Liam's out for the season so a new midfielder now to replace the players leaving next year it's just a shame they are still on the wage roll as is at the end of the day Kelly.
The funds from Davies, who SoD sounded like he didn't want to leave is to replace Davies so they want to use it all on that not on midfield.
Baldock's interview sounded more positive, and it looks like he's not looking to leave. I know he won't say those words but it just sounded positive that he's gutted for last season and wants to put things right.
