Yeah, the problem is there's so many ****ing shyster 'no win, no fee' claims companies out there trying to rinse a buck out of every accident. Not an easy one to call.

 

But, to put some perspective on it. My old dear tripped over a paving slab in Brighton just before Christmas and broke her hip. She was adamant that she'd win a claim against the local council, so she got my brother to follow it up. He went and took a picture of the offending slab, send medical reports, x-rays, GP correspondence etc and the claims company were like 'We ain't pursuing this one as you won't win it'

 

When no one wants to take the blame, there’s a claim.

He and I both - and I don't even bloody drive . Lycra clad fanny spanners turn central London into a daily leg of the Tour de France and have **** all regard for pedestrians. "We're doing it for the environment and to stay fit and healthy". **** right off - you're too tight to pay the tube and bus fares. If it was me and then somebody tried to **** me off over it, I’d make sure I took it further and made their life hell. As I suspect most people would.

Nobody likes to be taken for a mug. So just do the right thing and fix up what you’ve broke.
