Just spending a week with family in Scotland. We return to Leeds on Saturday, my advice from my fellow comrades is: A. Do I advise my wife to not turn off the M6 at Penrith where we would normally go across A66 to A1, in favour of driving down the M6 to Preston, where I wave my Wife, Daughter and dog goodbye and watch the mighty hoops followed by a lengthy train journey home or B. Stop looking at the league and fixtures thinking we can still do it(lots of teams above us to play each other), stop being dillusional and drive straight home knowing full well I have never seen us win at Preston, and hit the local on my return to watch the National?

Take the family to Preston, have a helicopter ready to get you to aintree, all possible within the half hour. With the winnings on the win double on rangers and the horse, have a slap up meal and Keep the chopper to take you home
Loving that advice might leave the mighty hoops out of that double though! Are dogs allowed to footy matches?

I still believe, so realistically I should. I have however persuaded a few mates for a big session in Huddersfield on Easter Friday, so if I stay away from Preston we have a slight chance of a result. If I go we have zero chance, then I might just save my tenner and continue to get smashed in Huddersfield and watch on Sky!
