Seemingly the site owner is aware of the problem with the ads, and its on his 'to do' list. I have no idea of timings, but generally I'd use a calendar rather than a stop watch.

The ads tend to just pop up at the bottom of your screen for a second then disappear (at least, they are on my phone).

As DMD said, supermods are aware and fixing.

No adverts on Chrome but I do get them at the bottom of my iPhone. No Russian hooker adverts unfortunately.
