I'm glad you asked me that. It's a very good question. Now, shepherd's pie is a good honest meal, but risotto just has that little extra bit of class. Brings something extra to the table. As for chicken, what can you say about it? Best meal there is, especially with roast potatoes on the right, sprouts out far left, with parsnips tucked into the hole behind. But it's not just about the food, its about the farmer, the retailer and cook, together as one.

I posted this a few days ago, it's brilliant! I love the Adkinisms! Noticed at the end of the Ipswich game he chucked in the good old 'we've got a hard working, honest group of players' - can't go through a post match interview without saying it, he's genius!
