I signed up here (having used to post on 606) to share an important website.

http://askadkins.info/

I have it set as my homepage. Whenever I start up my computer in the morning to do some work I get a little nugget, and I say 'thanks Nige'.

You should too.

I also joined because at some point this season (now, I suppose) I wanted to make a pun about DeRidder DECONSTRUCTING some Championship defences. Five points to you if you get it. But also know that if you do, you should get out more.

Bring on Millwall Saturday. Lallana to score first and Saints to win 4-1. You heard it here first.

I bet Mrs Nigel is careful never to ask him any questions.

What would you like for dinner, Nige?

I'm glad you asked me that. It's a very good question. Now, shepherd's pie is a good honest meal, but risotto just has that little extra bit of class. Brings something extra to the table. As for chicken, what can you say about it? Best meal there is, especially with roast potatoes on the right, sprouts out far left, with parsnips tucked into the hole behind. But it's not just about the food, its about the farmer, the retailer and cook, together as one.

Hello!I'm Nigel Adkins, manager of Southampton and today we're emphasizing how important it is to eat the most important meal of the day,the breakfast,if we can get that right we can stoke up the fire in the belly and can keep working very hard during the course of the day.Today we've started off with a nice bit of porridge, some honey, some sugar, some fruit to go on top of it,some weetabix in with it and then we've got nice brown bread, cooked breakfast,we've got some nice poached eggs in there got some bacon, trim the fat of it and we just get the energy going for the working through the whole day.-Nigel Adkins on breakfast.
