    Outrageous, completely sums up everything that is wrong with football today, someone can take a team from L1 to prem in consecutive seasons and get bumped off when not in the relegation zone. Disgrace, hope saints go down now

    Adkins annoys me in the fact he's always happy. Not sure I like that as a manager, I bet he's a top bloke though.

    Terrible decision to sack Adkins. He's done a great job at Southampton gaining them back to back promotions and they're currently 15th, above the relegation zone for gods sake, even if it is only by 3 points. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he was back in a job quickly at Blackpool.

    It's a funny old world.

    My next door neighbour and I were only talking about Adkins yesterday.
    He's a Scunny fan and was saying how Adkins had turned it around at Southampton and deserved a lot of credit.

    I said the chairman and board deserved a big pat on the back as well for having the balls to stick by him when it was going tits up at the start of the season.

    What a set of clueless aresholes they've turned out to be.
    I'd have put money on them staying up last night,not now.

    They're ****ed.

    Who's this no mark they've brought in anyway?

    Never heard of him.

    Well and truly ****ed.
