I will make the judgement for you . After careful consideration and many hours of research, I have come to the conclusion his shooting is behind Messi and Ronaldo

I like him. Thought he should've been used a lot more last season especially after Pritchard left. Has really good quality on the ball when given time and gets himself in great positions.

However, he hasn't been able to get used to the speed of the English game. It leads to him rushing his decision making and it looks like he almost gets tunnel vision when he's on the ball.

If RLB doesn't trust him then he should be gone in January.

No,he hasn't taken the chance here. I think he's a good footballer....as is Ba....but neither seem to have fulfilled anywhere near their promise. Both are on longer term contracts.....if RLB doesn't think he can get a tune from them, they look like they'll be gone sooner rather than later.

He didn't click with RLB at their previous club together so he won't click here despite having some talent. Ba is just totally frustrating. Has talent but doesn't know what he's doing half the time and doesn't look like it matters to him TBH.

Jewi has been a disappointment as well despite early promise. His loan didn't work out and he doesn't look like he has come on at all. Rusyn also hasn't worked out. We are always going to have some failed signings but it's shifting them on that's the issue. Himmar another one on a 5 year deal. Ned to shift these lads who aren't going to offer anything to the squad even if it's by the managers choice to not give them another shot .

They are wasting up pegs in the dressing room

if he can't hit the ground running like Mundle he is no good to us, haven't seen him an outstanding game yet , like the crowd saying this guy could be a good signing, get shot. he's had his chance, shot his bolt. Let the coaches work on real potential

kind of reminds me of the Giaccherini situation we had. All the talent in the world, but just not suited to English football

I totally agree - saw him play at Boston a month or so ago - he couldn`t be arsed - had a really bad body language/attitude - clearly didn`t want to be playing with the young lads on a cold night in South Lincolnshire...

Shame really as I thought he looked class when he first joined...maybe he just hasn`t flourished in our environment...may not suit everyone

I am afraid with Adil I have always been unimpressed. I just struggle with his style of play. He seems to lack a calmness in possession and struggles to fit in the system out of possession. He has talent, I am sure of that, but how that translates into the team doesnt work for me.

As a coach there is a lot you could do to help him. In particular I would want him having a wider view of the pitch and scanning much more. I would have him slowing his own game down a bit. He may well have fallen foul of our rotating door of coaches. I hope he gets a move and gets a coach who invests in him. He could still be a good player at this level, or in the French 1st div.

Lad can play, just isn’t physically or ‘speed of thought’ quick enough for English game.

He should go back to France and relaunch his career. Plenty of time for him to still have a decent one.

Like all players he needs a run of games. Whether he'll get them, that's up to him to apply himself and impress RLB. He's got ability imo but he's not shown enough to warrant games. Any chance he gets he has to take it or he'll be gone in Jan.

Can’t understand why these few lads don’t put the extra effort in. With a bit more effort instead of being on £5k a week they could be an average premiership player on £50k a week. That’s a difference of £2.5 million or £25 million over the next 10 years. Do they just believe they are right, full stop?

Agreed, although he hasn’t done himself any favours playing in the reserves. From my mates he was one who always looked like he couldn’t be arsed. Hopefully his cameo today forces the gaffer’s hand.

That could well be down to how he is being managed though.

Easy to blame the individual for looking like they're not up for it but a lot of the time they are led to and left to fester like that.

Needs to be managed much much better. RLB clearly doesn't trust him from previous experiences in France and that has stopped AA being available. That's a shame. He is a canny player and definitely should be used more. RLB needs to see this.

He won us a lot of fouls in the short amount of time he was on. And a fantastic assist for the goal. I think he needs a longer run in the team.

Yeah maybe I’m too old to blame the manager. For me, when I played as a younger lad (50 soon), when we trained I gave everything even with coaches who were dicks! Made sure they knew who I was and what I could do (tackle and kick people mainly!!)

I just think AA should’ve been showing in the reserves what he is capable of as, on his day, he is a significant level above that. Hopefully that cameo has him on the radar now
