Well good news is, if it was a thrown coin nothing will happen to Liverpool.

I recall an incident earlier this season of coins being thrown and nothing getting done about it.
Bellamy and Suarez at Everton if I remember rightly.

Nothing has been proven.

As far as i'm aware, there has been no comment from Liverpool Football Club or the police. Before everyone kicks off again, I suggest we wait until the facts have been established. The Mirror is claiming a fan has been arrested for racial abuse, a BBC Journo who was at the game claims that isn't the case and nobody was arrested.

Nothing has been proven at the moment.

Like I said, get your facts right, or **** off.

You got your suarez T-Shirt on then i'm guessing lol.
what are you talking about? We are talking about what happened tonight aren't we? Or do fans of other clubs and the press have a different agenda?

Fair enough if he shouted "Manc Bastard". There has been, and will be, a beady eye looking at us and our fans for any hint of racist behaviour. This is the way it is at the moment and no matter how much we protest the mud has been slung. As a group we need to show that LFC are a multi-cultural, welcoming and loyal support.

Racist abuse of players is wrong but I still stand by what I said earlier, even if true it wont be the first time he has been called that at a football ground so why the drama queen over reaction?

Oldham folk aren't even Mancs. He deserved banning for even bothering with that **** insult.

Still, what a pussy Adeyemi is crying about it. Boo hoo, I got called a bastard.

I have a lot of respect for your Football club and it's supporters and I genuinely hope that the story as reported in the Daily Mirror is false. Even if it is true then I cannot join in any condemnation of your supporters as a whole just because of the actions of a couple of idiots. Any anger by Norwich supporters is because Tom is a young kid who could well have a bright future and who has been sent out on loan to help him learn his trade and we don't like to think that he was upset in that way. Whatever the facts of the case it does seem that your players, especially Gerrard, went out of their way to help the lad and I hope that is not forgotten in any condemnation which may well now follow.

On a football pitch with all the noise it'd be easy for something to be misheard. Perhaps someone said "manc bastard" and Adeyemi thought he heard "black bastard"? This may go some way to explaining why he was upset. Ditto if a coin struck him.
If someone did shout "black bastard" then they must be dealt with- but would all those tiresome individuals having a go yet again like to explain why this should reflect on our team, our club and everyone else in the crowd who didn't say it?
Not to mention those of us on here, tarred with the same brush-again.

Have to say Gerrard is a true Gent
