There's no doubt that he'll get his chance at some stage. We ain't exactly brimming with weaponry. If he finds his shooting / long passing boots in training it can only help us all, him included. Does need to address his limitations though. Needs to be a constant presence. Using his bulk to get in the box and nut a couple in's one of a few skills he clearly lacks.
A pal of mine who knows a chap working down at rangers told him that Tarbs has been doing a fair bit of 'toys out of pram' this season. Gossip i know but it does seem like there's a bit more going on than just injury / performance in training issues. Having said that, Adel's one of those sorts of players isn't he?
From the outside Adel's attitude towards the team has always lacked respect, his emotional response to being left out is to throw a strop.... completely the opposite to Jamie who will knuckle down and try harder. Warnock turned a blind eye to Adel's strops and built the team around him, but surely with the players that have arrived at the club the same set up can no longer be afforded. Unfortunately Adel has reached a crossroads, he must either take the Mackie path or the journeyman route. Trouble is the longer he doesn't figure on the pitch the more disillusioned he becomes which affects his market value. Personally id give him a chance playing in behind Zamora and if he didn't make the most of it id sell him off with a decent sell on clause attached.
MH is strict and methodical in his approach and Adel doesn't like being told what to do. Why would they get along? One of them won't be around at the end of the season.
My opinion is simple Taarabt is still our most talented footballer ... Watch MH interview on QPR where this **** was drawn from. Stick to the actual facts about the article and you maybe able to rebalance. The reasons maybe unclear both manager and player are currently being gunned down on here because we are bottom. I stand proud on the other side of such opinions not through being stubborn but from seeing people working hard for the football club I support. I see a growing inpatient fan base on here who have ignored the best thread for many a time. If fans cannot see what a talent Taarabt is or how quickly and wonderfully Rangers have started playing then you have no hope I am afraid ... You have gone ferrel without knowing it . A nation of moaners If its that massive doubt that we are this divisions worst team then believe it it's your choice but I hope when that silly feeling goes I hope you have the honesty to write you were wrong I will do so but I still sincerely believe we are lucky to current have a superb squad of players and the best management staff in the history of our club . Taarabt when he gets to a level of fitness and hunger will be some player
