That's a classic case of the tinted spectacles. Kranjcar was an embarrassment but Taarabt was just "stocky". <doh>

    Have a day off mate

SWP must be be getting a tad stressed knowing his £60K per week four year cash cow contract will end in 5 months. Perhaps he thinks if he can add to his one and only goal at Chelsea he might be in the running for a contract extension!

The former England international winger has been forced to sit on the sidelines for the best part of three years after moving to Loftus Road from Manchester City in August 2011.

Amid building frustration, he poured his heart out publically, wanting to know what he could do to make the QPR manager happy.

Redknapp's answer was unequivocal - "leave".

"I like Shaun Wright-Phillips," he said. "I haven't got a minute's problem with Shaun Wright-Phillips. We have offered him opportunities to go out on loan but he has not wanted to go.

"You have opinions on players - some you want, some you don't. That is what makes the football game go round. Somebody else might come in and put him in the team.

"I have told him he needs to move on and play football. I have said that to him many times.

"He trains well, is a smashing fella - not a problem to me. But he needs to play."

However, Redknapp accepts it is not as easy as that all the time Wright-Phillips is happy to pocket the cash from the long-term contract, reportedly worth £60,000-a-week, that does not run out until the summer.

"He has got a very good contract," he said. "It is very difficult when you earn that much money to go and play anywhere else. That is the top and bottom of it. Let's all sit and talk straight.

"When you are earning x amount of pounds and somebody wants to pay you a fraction of that, you are not going to move. It is not Shaun's fault he has got a great contract - good luck with that. Nobody is blaming him.

"But when Blackburn, Bolton and Charlton came in for him on loan, he was not interested in it."
