Adel gone?

All rubbish and pure speculation. He is a QPR player and it's Rangers who have agree the deal not Fulham.

I understand that as long as his wages are covered by whoever want him then he can go. Basically we don't want him on our wage bill if he's not going to be used (that's a whole other can of worms), and now Fulham don't want him on their wage bill since they don't really play him and he's been a flop there.

Supposedly now gone ..................... http://www.newsnow.co.uk/A/693055312?-294:802

Adel Taarabt is on the move once again.

The 24-year-old Moroccon international, who moved from Queens Park Rangers to Fulham on a season-long loan deal this summer, reportedly has been signed by Italian club AC Milan to another loan.

Goal.com's Wayne Veysey has the news and explains how a second loan is possible:

Taarabt has been one of the more polarizing players in England for the last several years.

Drawing comparisons to the legendary Zinedine Zidane when he signed for Tottenham at just 18 years of age, Taarabt never made an impact at White Hart Lane. He did, however, receive multiple loans to QPR before eventually signing with The Hoops.

During his time at Loftus Road, Taarabt showed glimpses of his supreme talent and sky-high ceiling, leading the team in goals en route to promotion during the 2010-11 season.

Despite that success, question marks surrounding his discipline and temper always remained.

With The Cottagers, he scored zero goals in 12 appearances despite firing off 29 shots, per WhoScored.com. He tallied one assist and, per Squawka.com, created a solid seven chances, but he was never really able to have a consistent positive influence.

Now, he's headed overseas.

If Clarence Seedorf, who has gotten heaps of production out of the enigmatic Mario Balotelli, is able to tap Taarabt's potential and get him to control his emotions, this has the potential to serve as a crucial signing for the Italian side.

With just 28 points through 21 matches, AC Milan currently sit in ninth place on the Serie A table, putting the Rossoneri in danger of their worst finish since the 1997-98 campaign.

Should he play under control, Taarabt's attacking prowess and skill with the ball at his feet could prove to be a beneficial late-transfer reinforcement.

****ing hell, jesus is alive and working as a football agent. I don't think a team in England would touch adel now yet he is signing for ac Millan. It can only be an act of god

FIFA rules say we have to agree any move of any player we own, and Fulham cannot simply pass him on.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp tells Talksport he hopes to sign Inter Milan forward Ishak Belfodil, 22, before the transfer window closes at 23:00 GMT on Friday.

"We are hoping to take him on loan," adds Redknapp. "I'm at the training ground and he is supposed to be here today. When they turn up, then you believe it. It's been dragging on for about six weeks this, so I won't hold my breath. We will wait and see."

Its great for Adel as well.

I really hope he takes this opportunity, for his own sake.

You're right KPDH, he's not going to get too many more opportunities, if he makes a mess of this move he will be destined to end up in the lower reaches of French football and all that talent will be wasted.....

Hope he takes his chance given to him with one of the world's greatest clubs.

Pleased for him also if it comes off as fate has given him a stage maybe to show the world exactly how good he is.

It sort of proves a point to all of those who rubbished him ... Will be sadly missed by me as if he signs on loan I very much doubt he will ever play again for the team I support ... He was always meant for bigger things because his supporters were proven right he is a world class talent. We will have to get used to the Gary O Neills from now on it seems until we earn the right to have this talent at our club again.

It sort of proves a point to all of those who rubbished him ...

Proves nothing ?? AC Milan taking a Fulham reject ??? In the normal order of world football, Fulham would be desperate for any Milan reject.

Dont think anyone doubts he has talent.... just his head (or those whose opinion he listens to) is his (current) problem, and stopping him from reaching his potential.

AC Milan say that Adel Taarabt is undergoing a medical at the club with a view to joining the Italian giants on loan for the rest of the season.

The 24-year-old Morocco international joined Fulham on a season-long loan from relegated QPR last summer but has made just 16 appearances in all competitions for the Cottagers.

A statement from AC Milan read: "Adel Taarabt has landed on a private jet to (Milan's) Linate airport. In order for his transfer to the Rossoneri club to be made official, we must wait for the necessary procedures to take place."

Taarabt told the club website: "I am honoured to be able to play in the best club in the world. I have spoken to [AC Milan coach Clarence] Seedorf and we are both really happy. I am a striker and I like to play behind the forwards. I don't know personally [Mario] Balotelli but I know very well who he is and it will be great to play with him."

The fact that you call him a Fulham reject sort of tells me how far you are off the correct answer ... It's exactly this attitude that shows how daft a QPR has become. Many posters on here feel they have to make their point using description like this. I challenge that with my fickle calls to some on here. Adel Taarabt is a QPR player who of course is simply IMO too good to play in the championship.
He and our current manager who got us relegated don't see things the same way and so he was loaned to Fulham.

Sorry mate but if you don't think AC Milan isn't one of the biggest clubs in the world you may need to study a bit more
I get it some on here hate Adel Taarabt and only now we are getting the shift that no one doubts his talent bullshit ... I never have because I know exactly what a player this boy is and remains by far the best player we have ever had at our club. I personally hopes he stays himself as he believes in himself ... The stage is set for him and at 24 he could become what some of us always believed a world star. He was right all along he is a genius it just remains for a few on here to eat a bit of humble pie.

AC Milan ... Taarabt playing in the Champions League ... no many saw that ... those who did were proven to be correct and I for one don't forget anyone who had rubbished him on here.

There has been a selection of hatred of our players on here and I hope they choke on their words now. ... I have had to with my 8th position and my 10 point clear win .... so what? I have the honour of saying I was wrong shame others don't if Taarabt gets this move
