Adel should flourish with better players around him. Plus the fact that players like Barton and SWP are quite high profile, the spotlight should leave him a little too. It could obviously go either way, as we know how temperamental he can be, but I think we may see him at his best over the next few months.
I don't think he even really needs to do too many bits of dazzling skill in games. The very possibility that he might is all that's required to make him a very effective player. This season should be a breeze for him if he passes, and works hard. He'll now have a hell of a lot more space with some other decent players in our squad.. It's not ideal that Hogan will probably be loaned out though, because i think they're good mates- he'll of lost a friend at QPR. Maybe we should loan in a moroccan or someone to give him another pal..i know he's very close to Chamackh?
it would certainly be a shame to lose a player that played a fair part in reaching the promised land. if anyone can shape him up i think NW can. hope for the best.
