The thing with Adebayor is he seems to start with new clubs brilliantly and scores a few goals but the longer he stays the worse he gets. He was good the first season with Arsenal but then stopped perfoming. Same with City & hadn't scored in the last 8 or so games for Spurs until recently. As a short term loan - yes. As a long term investment - no thank you.
He's got the most assists in our team with 11, which is quite impressive and his only poor game during his dry spell was against you lot. If he's holding out for the best wages he can get he'll probably end up at one of the silly money clubs and not you guys. If money's not his priority I think he'll stay with us.
