I love Neeyul Adams, don't get me wrong, think he's a top bloke, but I just don't understand this, I really don't. If we'd won two or three of the last five games then yes, but we didn't, we picked up one point and I'm afraid I didn't see an enormous amount of improvement on the pitch. I'm behind him 100%, but I can't help thinking it's a gamble we didn't need to take.
Let's hope he's got a bloody good backroom team behind him, and our technical director brings a wealth of experience. Keeping our top scouts is going to be a necessity too, as I can't see Adams having a lot of knowledge for transfers. He knows the championship as of 3 years ago, and the Prem.

McNally spends Monday's interview saying how we're going to be "best in class" in sports science, data analysis, etc. Did he (or rather the board...) not think a "best in class" manager might be a decent place to start? 5 games in charge yielding a solitary point (which wasn't achieved playing decent football...), and now he's in charge of what may be a major rebuild?
Seriously underwhelming decision, everyone outside of Norfolk will be having a good chuckle at little ol narich! Now I know we weren't in the interviews but I cannot fathom how there could not of been someone who; wanted the job, was more qualified, more probable to get us promoted.
