I believe the offences he has been convicted of only allow for a 10% reduction and good behaviour isn't assessed, so it should be at least 5 1/2 years

Agreed but we did all this in the last thread. As with so many issues on here, both footballing and non footballing, the views held are often diametrically opposite and deeply entrenched. No one changes their mind!

he knew what he was doing, she was just a child. He earnt another 3 mill whilst lying to his employer before changing his plea at last minute thinking he would get away with it. Wonder how the innocent child in all this feels. Johnson should have known better. Wonder how he would feel if his offspring suffers the same thing his victim got. 6 years for me is not long enough.

Agree. 6 years for going with a 15 year old sounds very harsh.

Watford - we may not agree with my earlier comment - however, the victim and the impact of these events on her life appears to have been forgotten in all this. Johnson got off lightly, although considering what sentences Rolf Harris and Stuart Hall received it would appear to be a "normal custodial sentence" whether I agree with it or not.
