My only criticism of the increased comms from the club is that they seem a bit contrived and scripted. They should just be talking to journos like they used to before Ashley clamped down on it. The polished emails kind of make you think there is still some attempt at thought control going on. Overall, though, it's positive and far better than the last few seasons where fans were made to feel like the enemy and an afterthought.
