Did I use the word “ordered” I used the word “suggest” Angus suggested to Jesse to maybe field a strong team against Cardiff
I was talking about this post mate. Its a bit over the top or maybe its just how im reading it in my mind. I obviously wasn't in the conversation but in my mind it's just a standard conversation. Kinnear wasn't picking the side or telling him to go strong. One thing we know about the management at Leeds is that they are in constant contact. Every day. This isn't Cellino going in to the dressing room before a game and giving team talks and writing the team sheet. It will have been a general phone call and at the end saying something along the lines of the importance of winning the replay because if we lose to Cardiff the crowd will turn on the club again wanting manager, board out.
Watch the presser mate about 3/4 of the way through, either way there is no way Angus would have suggested to Bielsa he field a strong side
And how do you know that.maybe he did, was ignored and one reason there was a parting of ways. Who knows
I watched the presser. To me it was a non story. I'm sure cup objectives were spoken about with Bielsa. Under Radz it's always been about open and honest conversations between the management team. Bielsa was very positive about the ownership and how the club was run and so is Jesse who has gone as far to say its the most supportive team he's ever worked under. Nothing to see.
Possibly correct, who knows, I don't think there would be many supporters who would bet on it happening though
Would depend on whether they were Bielsa supporters, Marsch supporters or maybe even Leeds supporters
I'm just a Leeds supporter mate, one way or another Jesse will end his time with us and the club will be here long after he has gone. I might have felt sad the way Bielsa ended his time here and I will be forever grateful to what he did for the club but he was his own worse enemy in the end Everyone knows I think Jesse lacks coaching skills but I still feel it was wrong of Angus to virtually warn him to play a strong team against Cardiff, I don't know if that makes me a Jesse supporter or not
Wakey is up for the cup and how about this for a scenario. We beat accrington and wrexham beat sheff utd. We get wrexham in the draw and it's a yankee fest in the media.
Accrington expect to earn £300,000 from tomorrow's game, 10% of their normal annual turnover. What the FA Cup is all about.
What's it going to be like if the unthinkable happens and we lose to accrington ? What would your response be to manager players and the board if that happened ?
