    Not sure if it was mentioned on here back in Feb but a colleague of mine who's originally from Cambridge was asking me about Jack Roles.

    I didn't have the foggiest clue where he was, but after a quick search it turns out he is now at non-league sign Woking where he has made 4 appearances in two months.

    Frightening how at one point he was being talked up as future first team material and regularly featured in our last pre-season under Poch.

    I wonder how many other of our young talents simply vanished into footballing obscurity after leaving us.

    So much of that can be pinned onto back-to-back **** loans, first his loan to Burton turning into a waste of time when their manager froze him out for playing in a Cyprus U21 match instead of whoever Burton were playing that weekend, then when we lined up a loan to Stevenage for the second half of the season they apparently forgot he was there - as in, neither team had the excuse that Leeds did or Charlton do over ****ing over Jack Clarke or Nile John

    Says it all that he joined Palace last summer after we released him, but within six months he left because he wanted actual first team football after eighteen months of not playing any

    Unless I've misunderstood, it looks like he left Palace because he couldn't even get into their U23's PL2 squad. Right now, unless there's an injury somewhere unreported, Woking have omitted him from their match day squad in 6 of their last 9 games.

    Bad loans or not, that is shocking.

    I make that 12 goals in 13 league games now for Donley.

    Scarlett, Parrott, Etete and Donley… surely one or two of them can replace Kane in the future?! Great bunch of young strikers.

    Good to see Nike John back at Spurs. What a disastrous loan that was at Charlton.
