Anyone know anything about them I.e know anyone who plays fir them, where they play, how often they train/play?
Reason for asking, is that my 8 year old grandson has been looked at by their scouts and the team he plays for has been invited up to play them on Thursday night, so they can have a closer look at him and his mate. They have also told his coach that they want to see him in different sessions as well as the match.
He has been involved in development coaching with Leeds recently but this is the dream.

My next door neighbour is a signed up youth player, full contract, I will find out the crack and let you know unless I get bored again and disappear which is likely

Well, he got back an hour ago, played 2 games against the Academy U8's (with 1 U9 involved) and won 7-2 (missed a pen ☹) and 2-0.
After the 1st game they went to his best mates dad and then my son and said they were impressed with what they had seen, which confirmed the scouts reports, and invited them to join the shadow squad over the next few weeks with an eye to promote them to the academy if they continue as they hope. As they told my son, the hard work starts now and it is down to my grandson to listen, learn and work hard.
