I usually would but I’m not going to bash on Eddie today. It’s not Eddies fault that Trippier made two mistakes and our CB pairing seem to forget that defending is their primary objective.

Schar is losing his pace and thinks he can ping the ball like Jonjo used to.

They're all nippy and mobile, so it's like watching slugs being eaten by 1000s of ants

 

Schar never had any pace and was always awful at positioning. That's why I used to say he was only good in a back 3

True. But he seems to be going backwards now. That defence is far too slow.

At least we can hopefully sign some defenders in the summer.
