I post on and off, mostly due to work and not having internet access of the time to go through the forums. Love coming here and chatting to the lot of you. You all have different opinions, and some fantastic Input which defo makes being a fan who doesn't have anyone else who's local as a safc fan.

But I do have to say that sometimes I get the time to come on, only for this board to be in the middle of some infighting, and you click on a thread with a good topic header, only to discover 5/6 pages are just of people fighting, and there is no talk whatsoever on football or the topic at hand. It is a turn off for wanting to contribute. Some people just can't be ****ed with it all and would rather just lurk or ignore it. We seem to have lost some good posters here like Joe, who I'm gutted to have lost. All this infighting just detracts from what this board is all about - quality fans having in depth discussions with differing views and opinions on a club we all love.

Some people just need to accept that someone might not agree with you, it's natural. We're not in primary school anymore, we all know better. I hope all the boys we've lost come back. And those who just lurk post more. We need an active and vibrant board, especially for us foreign lads who have to put up with a bunch of glory hunting Chelsea, Utd, city, and Liverpool fans all the time!

Hope everyone comes back. Only good for the board. So people have difference of opinion....I think that's great...it's the world we live in. There's some top posters missing from this board. Team spirit got the lads where they needed to be...that should be what applies to this board...united we stand...divided we fall....we all have the same thing..passion for our crazy team.....haway the lads!!!!

83 is a good lad. If he comes back, good.

I fully expect Bri to return one day also. He made no song or dance, he just decided to post elsewhere for a while. So fair play to him. As much as me and him are at loggerheads a lot of the time, i kinda miss him in some strange way.

He did go 'over the top' as most of us know, because of provocation that turned out to be the straw that broke this camel's back, but should I ask him if he fancies returning to the fold . . . . I'd certainly like to see his ugly face back on here :emoticon-0105-wink:

Alternative thinking might be that he's not welcome to come back, by those that banned him or 'us' generally, and I don't know who could/would decide, but it takes two to tango and his being banned wasn't all his fault (as most of us know) :emoticon-0138-think

I haven't asked him, 'cos I said that I wouldn't a few weeks ago, but he's 'in a much better place' now and I really believe that he'd like to return, and his contributions would be very welcome like they used to be :emoticon-0100-smile

Could his ban have ran it's course (it's been longer than a ban for drug abuse now, hasn't it) . . . . what's the consensus and what needs to be done, if anything (mods) :huh:

The more the merrier for me and it takes all sorts, not everyone gets on on here but that's OK, that's life.

I posted quite a while back that 83 could come back.

I'd already cleared it with Minxy a couple of months ago.

I'm sure someone had said that that he wasn't interested in coming back though.

@Gordon Armstrong if you're in touch with him tell him he's most welcome.

Yes unfortunatly im partly to blame due to him backing me up after BigRetardedBellend, also harshly banned me for sticking up for Billy after he was banned. It was after one of our derby victories.

Lol i cant remember what you done now but i remember brb being a nobjockey and banning you for no reason. Wed just beat the Geordies 1-0 after Adam Johnsons late winner so spirits on the board were bound to be high.
