It's only a matter of time if he's on the list. I can't see this charity move saving them, it's like a criminal robbing a bank and saying, I'm going to buy this charity a nice big house, for all my friends and family to come and live in, with my proceeds from crime, his friends being Chelsea supporters. Hmm, I don't think so. Remember in this situation, we don't even have to prove a crime was committed, we only need to prove a link to the person sanctioned. Laundered money.
Depends where he falls on the so called 'hit list' - which btw I find an unprofessional term from a government. I'll assume the British Government realise the knock on effects of any sanctions against him, hence will give him time to manoeuvre, but yes, he needs to sell. I'm guessing lawyers have given him his best option aside from selling, but even they must realise it's not going to blinker anyone. At the same time, the government are not going to do something hastily that might have a knock effect to the British economy or throw it into turmoil.
I hadn't finished mate, he then dissolves cfc and hands the small change to whichever of his cartel missed out on the track and trace hiest. Onky joking bro I don't want you to not exist, just go back to midtable and a few cups now and again and I'll forget all about you sports washing for 15 years
Roman Abramovich's future as Chelsea owner is in doubt after a Swiss billionaire claimed he has been offered the chance to buy the club. Hansjorg Wyss told Swiss newspaper Blick that Abramovich "wants to get rid of Chelsea quickly" after the threat of sanctions was raised in Parliament. Abramovich gave "stewardship and care" of Chelsea to its foundation trustees following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Chelsea have chosen not to respond to the claims of 86-year-old Wyss.
