    The thing I just read there stated that the cost of alcohol to the NHS was 12% of expenditure - it had a link and I clicked that - in the link, it said "between 2% and 12%" which is quite a mental rate of variance.

    Anybody got any idea how much "self esteem boosting" tittie jobs cost us?

    This £12m is not worth the bother, probably cost more than that to try to get it back.
