Being dead is never better than being alive.

If a 2 year old has a serious accident which requires constant care from his/her parents should they be killed?

Being dead may well be better than being alive dependant on the quality of life. Or, in the case of being no better than a vegetable, no different.

Euthenasia. <ok>

You could ask the same question about a parent that was terminally ill?

<doh>

A foetus is not a 2 year old.

Every time your fat mess of an ex-partner had her period without being pregnant did you beat her for killing unborn children?

Actually, you probably did <doh>

<laugh>.

How does the girl in the OP know her child has difficulties?

I'm sure the Nazis spun a similar line when they wanted to kill the disabled

I widny know.

However, using backward religious beliefs to force severely handicapped kids into a life of **** all is ridiculous.

Fair enough

But I'm not talking from a religious point

Killing babies is not something I agree with and I won't support someone intending to do it

When did I speak about 'difficulties'?

You're a clueless **** of the highest order if you think that a squishy lump of cells has more rights than the parents that create it. If I choose to buy a car, or eat something for dinner, it's my choice and I'm perfectly free to change my mind if I want to.

Once the little sprog is out, the rules change, but you know all of this and you're trying one of your hilarious WUM attempts.

How many threads have you started about abortion? I reckon at least 1 a year since you joined, if not more.

Sad, desperate, brainwashed, little life failure.

Where do you draw the line ...

when does a foeutus become "human".

Dinner for one.

I think if people want to have abortions they can. It's up to them.

There are a bunch of people that protest everyday outside an abortion clinic in Belfast.

If the girl doesn't get it done here she will just go across the water to get it done.

As for the case where the mother or children are in danger then yes they should be allowed a termination.

I've repeated myself quite a few times on this subject (thanks to the pikeys that are obsessed with it).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-awareness

Without knowing you're a human and without the words to express it, you're not more intelligent/more intellectually advanced than a cat.

Foetuses can't survive out of the womb before 7 months (I think? Might be a bit earlier than that). You can't exactly say that the little chap is ready to fight for his own in the real world.

Until then it's a free-for-all to scramble it's brains and hoover it out. Otherwise every time a child isn't conceived once a month the mother is a child killer, as each egg represents a different human being that could have potentially existed.

Unfortunately one of those eggs turned out to be Kirung :(

Yes. If I ever end up seriously disabled (anything more than being in a wheelchair) or on life support, I'd hope my friends/family would have the heart to stick a pillow on my head whilst I was sleeping.
