Encourage her to give it up for adoption? I can't remember the exact figures but last year in Scotland several thousand abortions took place, whereas only 4 were given for adoption.

There are too many people on this planet. Everyone makes mistakes (especially kirun's parents). Why force every woman that gets pregnant to have a kid?

You can't look at a foetus and say it's a person, it's just a living lump with basic body functions. It's never seen the real world. No memories/language/life experiences so it can't even think.

Also The Jeremy Kyle show wouldn't exist if abortions were carried out every time they should be <ok>

It is the woman's choice so not only does the father not have a say in the matter whether he wants a kid or not, he may well find he has to pay a chunk of his salary to the woman for the next 16 years because she decided she wanted the baby.

Be careful what you do with your winky.

Bigoted culturally biased dogma.

not really. This is the failure and oft hypocricy of science

A living person is alive whilst the brain is alive

science recognises this in an adult human being

yet skirts the topic when it is a foetus

Frankly science colludes with those paying the bills

Science states that the foetal stage ends when the developing child can survive outside of the womb environment. With the advancement of science, this is around 24 weeks.

With the advancement of science we can gather information about the developing foetus. Personally, I would not knowingly bring a disabled child into the world and would choose to abort if this known and supported by scientific evidence.
