Loved that era H. <ok>

At the time I thought Jobson and his attitude was the dogs bollocks. Adamson was the brains behind the band though. Hadn't realised his life ended so tragically. Google eh.

ITIW... its the era I grew up in and hasnt been matched since <ok>

yeah, Adamson was the backbone of the Skids no doubt. I followed him into Big Country too. Saw them live a few times...always a great celtic feel-good factor at those gigs. I think the last time was supporting Bowie at the old Arms Park...Bowie was **** but worth the ticket price just for the "support band"

I think the Edge copied Adamsons exact solo on Saints are Coming as a personal tribute <ok>
