right can anyone else help....this aint gram parson but in parts sounds like elvis ......not convinced though. the bleeding noses are playing in jack`s Aberdare soon>>>>if anyone fancies it with the Aberdare massive then be my guest and I will try getting tickets for us>>>im going anyway init...so no pressure
Doesn't sound much like Gram Parsons aber, but my guess it is...album below apparently (haven't heard it) features a pre fame Parsons singing an' a-strummin' along to some of his favourite songs, along with early versions of some of his own stuff. See review below off amazon:
that's good 2 know I can get hold of it dude.....ta for that......good tune by the way....sure that's the place chris biggins and hoard went 2 on theyre road trip some local stuff from Aberdare>>>guess ive put them on before but a plug is a plug
Looks as though the local scene is up and running in your neck of the woods aber. Used to be like that in Caerphilly.....not any more though...all the decent traditional type pubs which used to thrive on darts and pool in the week & live bands on the weekends have gone (R.I.P. The Wheatsheaf). All you've got now are clubs (not my thing) & frigging Wetherspoon type foodie places. No decent venues = nowhere for local bands to play. Such is life I suppose. Anyway this guy is seriously good/great.....mad as a hatter, but is one of the few who can move me to tears: ...same song...oficial video:
some fine tunes whiffle ta very much for entertaining my ears..........yeah the scene is still alive and kicking in Aberdare>>>>obviously most venues have been closed and the smoking ban doesn't help the likes of me from who enjoyed a joint or twenty when listening 2 live sets.....anyway I still have a joint or so but miss most of the music....shame really.
