I reckon Sammy, Abeid, Ferg and Vuckic will all do well. The likes of Airey, Dummett, Kadar and Ranger etc will move on imo. Nothing has come of them after quite a while now. Vuckic is taking his time too, if he doesn't break through this season he should go on loan or drop down a league. He's looked excellent from what I saw of pre-season. Really aggressive attacking midfielder, I hope he comes good.

Vuckic has been injured a lot since he's come here, hopefully when his hand is ok he can push on and put it all behind him.

Abeid started well and first half he was very good, but towards the end of the second he looked tired, started giving the ball away and getting caught in possession. Still a bright prospect but has a long way to go.

I can't think of any other injuries.

Oh. Let's hope Santon can play against Blackburn. I hear he's kneely back to full fitness. We can't be too harsh on him though, the boys kneeds games before we can properly judge him.

****, i'm turning into a wum. I'll stop now. Normal service resumed.

Great result last night with effectively a second string team (bar colo, simmo). The future looks bright. Saying that we'll probably lose to Blackburn.

This is really surprising, for anyone that has had Abeid on Football Manager will know that Abeids main strengths are his pace, dribbling and technique. The fact that he's great defensively too just adds to the potential the kids got, big future for him.

Abied sees himself as a Xavi sort of player, a cm who covers every blade of grass and likes to provide that key pass but also likes to protect the back four.

    Very useful player.
