    I think, and hope, that the actual transfer fee will be relatively low for a player of his calibre. On his day, like Drogba, he's unplayable

    That's if they can ever stay fit. They're both so injury prone.

  5. Adebayor making it clear that he wants to do a permanent deal with us is good for the entire club, and will encourage Bale to stay put.

    I'm not sure about Modric, but I'd be happy if we could do a swap with Real Madrid, for Diarra.

    Not me. Why do we need Diarra? We already have Sandro, who's younger, and has more potential. Also Parker for a while longer yet. Yes, I'm happy that, if Modric insists on leaving, he goes abroad to somewhere like Real. But, we want a bit more than Diarra in exchange.

    That's not fair. Last season was a nightmare for both, but over their careers I don't see them as injury prone. They are no Van Persie's on the injury front (except when you need him to be injured <grr>)
