I think there needs to be a press conference to appease the fans and let us know what's happening.

On the Ash front, may have said it on here but I thought for most of last season that it's time to give Amat and Fernandez or a new pairing a go. Ash was at fault for a lot of our goals conceded from set plays because he's just a bit too small. Going back to the Monk games, when we conceded the players heads would drop and it was Ayew, not Ash that was trying to gee the players up to go again. Leicester and Bournemouth home stand out.
Guidolin will have seen how well we played without Ash and Taylor towards the end of the season and may think it's easier to have an amicable sale rather than actually have to drop Ash.

I genuinely don't think he'll be missed that badly and hope I'm not proved wrong.

Reading this forum it's easy to see how mass hysteria can take place in a crowd. So far the only players to have left, not including our youngsters on loan, are those the majority of fans are glad to see gone with one or two still left i.e. Tabanou, Emnes. The main concern are no incomings but we all know there are irons in the fire and lets hope they are better than recent signings.

I don't mind Ash leaving, but we need to replace him with a good defender.

The concern is that we haven't replaced them, and the replacements linked a dinasours or average players at best.

That's the concern here.

If Siggy stays , it will be a massive stop in the bleeding .
I think the club and the Americans know that and the reason Siggy is extending is a huge wage increase , and I mean huge .
All roads lead from what Siggy actually does IMO .
I'm generally a " No player is a team " kinda a guy but Siggy is the closest think to an exception

After the news of Siggy this morning , we might have to turn the lifeboats around and wait and watch the ship for a while ..Might have to have a " Reboard " if new mates can stabilize things and the new captain can find us a new course .
God bless Siggy through these rough seas .... I think he should be that new captain .

WOW....

We could win this ! ......GUIDOLIN FEVER ...all ahead , not quite full and that's not all folks. GUIDOLIN , CURTIS
Old Swansea wingers..Dyer and Routledge , cost 3.5 million and value :priceless in our best season ever .
New Swansea wingers , Montero and Barrow , cost I'm going to guess 7 million , value were going to see because these guys are quietly moving the elders along .
Center : Cork , Ki , Britton , Fer and " Gylfi Sigurdsson " .....Very pleased indeed !
Good midfield , everyone knows the scoop .
Fab: Enough said ' the 5 others must fight amoungst themselves .
Defence : CB Fernandez , Amat and Van Der Hoorn , I'm expecting special , but if Williams is around we will have to field the Captain minutes.
Right back : Naughton and Rangel ...sorry but good .Left back : Taylor and Kingsley , each will bring the best out of each other .

Right wing : Barrow and Dyer ., kinda happy .
Left wing : Montero, could be a shine season oth
Both wings : Mr Wayne Routledge , yikes ...plays great on either wing and is suddenly scoring in bunches , 3 million , one of our best bargains and keeps on ticking .
Striker : Ayew , really learning the role and hope he stays .
The club will work hard on the striker role , including trying to hold Ayew .
Quietly optimistic till .......4 games in and see what's up and where we ended up at the end of the month .
All my eggs are in Guidolin and Curtis 's basket and after 4 games , I'll be loudly optimistic .
Generally excited about our chances and something great !
