Ford Heath; the middle of nowhere
I have bought the tickets for myself three other mates for the Hairyfurd clash via the online system, they arrived yesterday in the post and I intended to distribute them. However, one mate forgot his money, and, me being the cheapskate that I am, I kept hold of the ticket as I want the money first. I then promptly proceeded to lose the ticket. I have an idea where it should be, however, if I can't recover it, is there any way anybody knows to get something using the receipt and sort of duplicate ticket thingy that is like a home ticket and says "this is not a valid match ticket" on it? Can I ask them to cancel the original ticket and allow entrance with that one?

I think you are fooked regrding that one. How did it get seperated from the others?

The way to approach it is:-

Arrive at the turnstile and say you are "The Doctor". Wave a blank card at the operator and he is bound to let you through.

Alternatively, phone Hereford up. Explain that you (or he) are the registered carer to other (I believe carers get in for free). They'll put your name down on the clipboard & ought to let you in through the side entrance.

I've never done this myself, but know a couple who use this routine on a regular basis & it always works for them. Whether it's right or wrong is open for discussion.. LOL.

Is that what DiamondGeezer used to do? He said he never paid to go to matches at the GM
