I got an email at work today from someone moaning about something and they used a wonderful phrase in it that I think applies equally well here to our apparent lack of progress..... "pervasive lackadaisical attitudes"
 
Michael Chopra is set to join Ipswich tomorrow in a 1.2million pound deal. He completed his medical this afternoon, and all will be unveiled tomorrow.

Faris Haroun is also set to join Ipswich early next week. Town have beaten off a host of English and European clubs.

Both these deals will kick start Towns summer overhaul, with plenty more deals in the offing. Possibly Mike Pollitt will be the next signing, as Player/Goalkeeper coach.

JWM, is this guess work and an incling or accurate cold hard facts, I'm not asking for details of any source or such like but this whole Chopra debacle has left me very skeptical about him.

That said if this is true Roy would be sick as a parrot if we finally land him having been unsuccessfully chasing him for the best part of two years :P
