Baseball winds me up, after 9 rounds? (can't remember what they call it) they go into more rounds until someone is leading at the end of a round. Given it takes 3 hours for the first 9 rounds, by which time you've already had enough.
Ah you're right, just googles it. Changed in the 05/06 season. I haven't payed attention to hockey since the late 90s, early 2000s.
