visited this Italian restaurant with friends last saturday, not impressed....pre-theatre was.. fast food...lacked taste and presentation, soup lukewarm, also, having ordered three different dishes, they all came with the same sauce ???, waiter asked if everything was OK, and when I told him it was "OK" about turned and scuttled off as fast as he could, never seen again, dessert wasn't much better, and while we were stil finishing our drinks the bill was slapped down, drinks expensive, poor service and basic food, won't be going back, to many good places to make this worth a second visit, guess who never left a tip......big let down

Your lack of appreciation of the great job my waiting staff and experienced hardworking chefs perform day-in day-out is the “big let down” for me. Rather than go into the minutiae of your written excrement masquerading as a review, may I simply express my hope that you were able to set-aside the unwanted "tip" money you delight in advising us that you saved from your visit towards a personality transplant. Cheaper still, a brown paper bag for over your head will also do the trick.
