Back on topic, I LOVE oxtail but the downside is you don't get much meat.

I love all meats, this is tough.

 

Curry goat rice n peas is my staple I`m a fat ****.

Curry goat is excellent. There is a West Indian butcher in the west end of glasgow who sells goat meat. Might make some at the weekend.
