All the best in hospital Doc.

I can see Rodrigo being one of the ones moving on.
While he has had his moments he has not been what we expected often enough and I can see him being moved on and a similar, potentially younger, player coming in.

I can also see Koch going before Cooper. Cooper will still be here but I firmly believe he will become the back up cb behind Llorente and Struijk.

Yeah I could see Rodrigo frustrated at not being able to show the Leeds fans why he is so highly rated in Spain. Xavi loves him and I could see him going on loan to Barcelona, maybe in an exchange loan deal?

I also think Koch is also frustrated as hell for the same reasons as Rodrigo, but he knows he has hardly had chance to show why he was a regular starter for the German National team and plenty of clubs would love to have him?

The reason I put Gelhardt and Cresswell into the first team squad rather than the U23s is because everyone can see they are able to play at Prem level. Joffy has come off the bench 3 times and started twice but has 1 goal and 2 assists already and clearly shows he is streets ahead the 2nd best striker in the club. He is always going to make something happen and as an out and out scorer he is too good for the 23s. Cresswell is the replacement for Cooper at some stage

I read about this interview so decided to listen to it.
The question was how does he plan to compete with the big money in the PL?
He replied that in the future they may need to sell one ot two key players and reinvest the way Leicester do.
That is not the same as him saying he's selling Raph or Philips.
He said that Leeds had spent approximately the 5th most in transfers across Europe.
He said that when he took over the academy had 2 international players, now we have 18.
He said he wants to make Leeds a destination club, not a transition club.
He said the job is not finished, he wants to expand the stadium to increase revenues.

Some of you on here are a joke with your hatred.

Who the **** do you want? Mike Ashley? Some Arab who might piss off next year if he gets bored of us as his toy?
I like that Rads is trying to create a sustainable club with a fantastic academy bringing players on.

Let's have a Merry Christmas with a bit of good cheer

I think Radz is doing what the new LUFC hierarchy have done all along, which is to do things on the quiet and also to manage fans expectations. We have to live within the FFP rules and to land some new players we may have to let some go. He didn't say the stars of the team but he may have to let some go to keep the wage bill under control.

It’s a funny old Christmas here too. Waiting to find out (in New year) if daughter has cancer. Needless to see the female members of family are all talking like it’s certain. I’m drinking a lot.

(or I wouldn’t have posted this).

Fingers crossed for your daughter, 2020 - and talk to someone about it. Us blokes are crap at that.
Either way, the NHS are absolutely brilliant when it comes to the important stuff. As the senior consulting surgeon once said to my wife "You pay enough taxes for the NHS, so get your money's worth and ask lots of questions." Become a pain in their collective arses.
