ok, just so i understand this... because chris made a thread mocking this thread of yours, you re-open this thread because the "special ones" wants to keep the subject going?? but you previously said this was "a Bristol City thread, on the Bristol City forum, written by a Bristol City fan asking fellow Bristol City fans to take a vote". going by that, im suprised you would re-open this thread because "gasheads" wants to keep this going <laugh>

we had the same on our board all of last season and up until mcghee joined. i know how you feel. when you start winning again (it will happen) then the infighting will stop. im sure you will stay up, your manager can work on his team with his players instead of the team he inherited and then it be more positive like we currently have on rovers OS forum (until we lose again) <ok>

i like to wum and i like a bit of banter (receiving and giving) but i can also be serious / constructive as well <ok>
i havent got any issues with any city fans on here. you all seem a good laugh. even wiz at times. i wont slag any of you off. i laugh at your expense but i wouldnt slag you off. you make 1 bad decision in life that is picking city over rovers. however, you all stuck with your choice even though you know it was the wrong one. i have respect for that <ok>

i have said city are scum and the name bristol city make me want to puke...

Chosing a football club isn't really a decision though is it mate. Otherwise we would all support Manure or Liverpool or something. As I have said in the past would much rather see a young lad in a rovers shirt than a plastic premier league team. Even though they look like a gone off battenberg ;-)

you may be brought up as a blue or red. or move to the area and then pick blue or red. or tag along with friends is are a blue or red then stick with that team. either way you have made a conscience decision choosing a side to support. choosing something/anything is making a decision <ok>

i too would much rather see a young lad in a rovers shirt than a plastic premier league team. not sure about in a city shirt though <whistle>
 
Wize just had his knickers in a twist because they lost AGAIN on the week end, he'll be one of the first to give some banter back when we loose.
 
To be fair some of the posts are of interest and I respect the opinion of one or two (like CJS) - let em stay!
Don't forget they have a massive inferiority complex being 2 leagues below us (for the moment anyway!)
 
I have been posting on both sites for the last 6 months or so and have a new found respect for City supporters that i didn't before due to the banter of both sets of fans.

I originally hated all things BCFC but now except that the city fans love their club like i love my club. Like taking the piss when we lose and take it in good heart when they lose.

I am glad to see that the majority of City fans want us to stay and except banter works both ways. For christ sake we have had nothing to shout about for the last 3 years so you can hardly blame us for having a pop now whilst your chips are down.

Wize, i have to say i am a little surprised at this post which i think was probably started by your own teams perfomance rather than us blue few getting under your skin. I still like you though mate.<ok>
 
We all love a ****e club, who really should be better. This place really wouldn't be the same without the Wum's going on as we dont really have a lot else to talk about lol. I haven't been on much myself of late due to heavy workloads. Its our busy period, however i currently find myself with a little time on my hands. You can all say I have hidden, but it doesnt make sense when 82ers have been losing, and we been winning. In days past, I would have been all over you lot like a rash, but as I have been working, and I am afraid I have not been able to get in as much banter as I would like. You will all be pleased to know this is likely to continue for the forseable future, but you can be damned sure I will be on when I can to put the boot in :D
