Ah, I did wonder. Well I really liked his work ethic and style I think he is better than back up I think he showed real quality.
He was in Leeds city centre yesterday night by the way, good old Sanchez. Means nothing much in itself obviously, but thought I'd pass it on.
a guy I know reckons Watt is a stuck up twat. Saw him out at Oceana once and that's how he came across
He was excellent in our best performance of the season against Millwall. But would he return when Grayson ignored him so often?
He would if one of Snodgrass/Gradel left, bearing in mind that Wenger ignores him far more than Grayson.
Nobody. The point I'm making is that - even if he's ignored to some extent - he'll still get more chances at Leeds than at his current club. So yes, I think he would return if he were given the chance. He's obviously not a part of Arsenal's future plans in any way. I'd have liked to see him replace Howson a few times, though his end product never looked great.
i dunno whether he's needed anymore, a couple of months ago i was thinking we should put ina cheeky bid for a perma move because he would never get first team but probably too expensive for bates and now im kinda thinking what would be the point, not really improving the first team and you dont want to spend alot of money for someone to sit on the bench every week
I can't believe that we'd actually sell Gradel or Snodgrass, unless a really crazy offer came in (which I doubt Swansea, Norwich or West Ham) have the funds to do... The only issue I can see is that if Snodgrass or Gradel wanted to leave to play in the Premiership - in that case it'd be hard to keep an unhappy player at ER and it might be mutually beneficial just to cash in on the guy... But let's hope all this speculation is just that, and that Grayson and Bates are sorting things behind the scenes... Ps. Not to Doyle, and if we could get Watt for cheap enough/free and on low enough wages then he might be worth a gamble... MOT
