Our vet keeps telling us one of cats needs to lose some weight. This might be good advice but the woman delivering it is literally about 25st. So we always suck our teeth and give her the look......
its like being in hospital and being lectured on being slightly overweight yet when you look round half the nurses aged over 30 are a tad rotund to say the least . Too much eating all the cake and biscuits people bring in for them .
Talking of biscuits, reminds me of when I was in hospital. I was being moved from recovery on to a ward (once I had come round) - The nurse asked if I would like a cuppa, which naturally after so many hours with out drinking, I was gasping for. I said two sugars, to which the nurse replied, I've read your file you are not allowed to have sugar. I'm like muttering to myself bolloxs. Anyway a nice hot cuppa arived, with no sugar, but to my surprise was two biscuits on the side...I woofed them down before they realised
