Not impossible with Mike of course but the odds are firmly against it happening. If we were going to bullet Pards which I'd be strongly against, I quite like Poyet. Mad as a *****ose but there could be real chemistry with Fruitcake Joe

 

PR wise and fan wise I agree. However if Pards can work with him and results are good, it is soon forgotten. Just good copy in quiet times at present. Don't get me wrong JK would not have been my choice but I honestly don't see it as that big a deal and drama as some. Keeping it in perspective I'd be far more worried to discover Krul, Cabaye and HBA were all being actively peddled. Players and results carry far more weight to me.

This for me, had we just sold Krul for not a lot of money to another premier league team, and were trying to offload Ben Arfa I would be worried.

This has been a PR nightmare and has become a dream for the numerous journalists the JFK and Ashely have upset/banned/offended over recent years. We'll have to see what impact he has though. As I say I'd prefer not. He is self confessed loose cannon, nuts, ready to keel, but he is here and we'll just have to see how it goes. If results are good it will all seem a bit less dramatic. Pronouncement of names is no biggie, Bobby called Shola Carl Cort.
