is Andrew B vanquished from here now then???

gandy, that's bad fella. hope you get the PC fixed.
when i was watching the charlton game two years ago on line, on some dubious website, it tried to download some virus scan product onto my work machine. hence i've kept away from said streaming websites for a while.

Seems Andy is now banned from 606 too. He actually attempted to post sensibly towards the end, a last ditch attempt to avoid the ban hammer presumably, but his number was obviously already up.

Shame when people are like that isn't it? Banter is fine, and visits from our main rivals and people like dear old Mike spice up the board a little. Even they know when to stop though, and don't try to disrupt EVERY thread. Andy was bordering on obsessional, and ultimately got his comeuppance.

Incidentally, managed to finally get rid of that virus from my wife's laptop. It was difficult to put it mildly. Wouldn't even let me access my browser to look for a solution, but kept warning me that site was dangerous! (It's google, FFS). Had to go on my desktop to find out how to extricate it from my registry. Thanks a bunch, Andy!

The good thing is I managed it before my wife found out! <ok><laugh>

Has clearly annoyed a few others on various boards it would seem. At least we do not have to put up with it on here <ok>
Just wait for him to shadow us Canaries on other teams boards instead.

I've found out a trick for dealing with viruses when my girlfriend got one on her laptop. It was like the one you described, so it blocks you from using pretty much any application, especially antivirus. However, to be able to use your computer at all, it has to leave "explorer.exe" untouched. So all you have to do (well, it worked for me), is rename the antivirus software to "explorer.exe" (without the quotations) and then the virus will let it run, allowing you to destroy the virus.

Never mind, they'll be priced out of there own stadium next year to be replaced by champagne huffin prawn sandwich chomping toffs as they march evermore to being a status symbol tacky fake rolex watch of a club.

Anyways, I'm trying to find my way around. May have to go and introduce myself to the Ipswich and ColU Boyyss!

I wonder if Andy is going to be able to afford his season ticket rise of anywhere between 40 and 160%?

Actually, I wonder if he's ever been to a football game in his life....
