Not sure what I really think on this...... we need his undoubted footballing skill..... but not his billy-big-boots unworkmanlike attitude
Clean slate Adel. FFS get your head right son or you'll never achieve the level your ability warrants.
Undoubtedly a talent but I really don't see it working, however I'll support him and cross my fingers
Doesn't matter what I think. He has to make his commitment to the team and club and get on with it. Proof of the pudding will be on the pitch when he crosses the line and his approach to training between matches. Has to be his final final final final (and final) chance to make something of himself.
This pretty much sums up my feeling;
Good analogy there - Adel really must keep his toys in the pram this time around. Captain Hook (Harry) with help from Dr. Phil (Steve Black) will perhaps straighten him out? please log in to view this image Is that an R there in the swashbuckling mix? please log in to view this image
Mr Blacks greatest challenge Adel. Please make him work.he would be wonderful contrilling from the middle
If Redknapp gives him a clean slate it might work. He's dumped him twice now though, so don't bank on it. If we get a have decent offer he'll be gone.
Adel appears not to be three days late for pre-season training, which puts him ahead of last season's Joey Barton
I dont honestly think he's good enough to control our midfield. he has nowhere near the PROFFESIONAL ABILITY of gerrard, lampard, parker etc.... He COULD be a plus, but i just cant see it happening. PLEASeE (AGAIN ) prove me wrong Adel ?
he has nowhere near the PROFFESIONAL ABILITY of gerrard, lampard, parker etc.... until we get those players will he do
I agree. Just because he's back in training doesn't mean he won't be sold before the end of the transfer window. There have been reports - which may or may not be agents or the lazy media stirring things up - that he wanted to stay in Milan, or potentially go anywhere but remain in Shepherds Bush, so I'm not yet ready to rejoice at the return of the prodigal son.
He is not a CM and to play him there would be an utter mistake, you are comparing apples and chalk mate, If you compare him it should be to a NO 10.
