A new kit...that you cant buy !!

how do you know they are not made up by the club for promotion reasons.Anyone can do that these days....are they the real thing...i dont know but id wager they are not. the real thing will be in the shop within days...its no problem..

It did come from Asia Jager, home of the knock off.

 

So we now know courtesy of Dai and Norway that the kits were late due to the good old sponsor issue.

So seeing as I am yet to get a decent response to my previous questions to those saying the club were to blame due to the whole sponsor issue.

make your own stories up I said for the purpose of a photo shoot even i could print the sponsors name on blank shirts......

Had an Email from the club today refunding me £14.95, due to the delay in sending the home shirt out. £10 of it is a gesture of goodwill for the delay and £4.95 a refund for the postage. I wonder who is footing the bill for this. I hope it is Addidas if it is their **** up. There could be quite a bit of lost revenue if the swans are paying.

 

I too have had the refund e-mail. Would have been nice if they also told us when they are expecting the shirts in.

 

I think the last update was that they are arriving soon.

 

I rang regarding the refund and asked when they would be in. I was told 2 maybe 3 weeks, nothing definate.

 

I know a man that through his connections got the bank fraud department to demand a refund from the Swans because he hadn't received any shirts or had his money back. The funds were back in his account in 2 hours. Too bad that it had to come to that in the 1st place.

 

Strange he had to demand a refund when the club were offering refunds.

 

They said they had sent it last week but they hadn't and his patience had run out. Not mentioning any names but he got someone on here to do it for him.

 

I know!!!!!

 

That's disgusting behaviour from the club.

 

Yes I couldn't agree more. If anyone is having problems getting refunds you know who to speak to for help
