Our first club crest has three upside down horse shoes. This finally explains the rotten luck QPR had over the years. Were cursed dammit.
So all our years and years of bad luck are down to whoever designed that badge with the horseshoes the wrong way up!
We already have done so on our third strip. As much as fans lament club owners, if I had invested my earnings into a football club, I'd sure as hell want to have an influence. And whilst there needs to be an understanding of the legacy of the club, it must be allowed to progress with new ideas, however challenging they might seem. Cardiff and Hull being the two most notable examples.
Speaking of the 3 horseshoes...Is that pub still open? Rep points up for grabs to the first one to tell me where it is?.....Quite a few Rangers in there too..? I need locatin and name of the road.....
For our current badge, they did go back into history and brought back in some features of previous badges. Honestly, I have fond memories of the previous badge but if you look at it you'll see it's really dated and would stick out as old looking amongst other badges.
