I think there have been some real numptys coming onto our board this season not just gasheads most are fine!, I only really bothered coming on here once a week now even today theres some new nobber posting lots of random crap on our board, Shame really as otib is ****e!
 
otib has the moaners.. not606 has the wums..

Can't win.. <laugh> no but seriously i post on both, and the odd wum on not606 is fine, if anything makes it interesting.. but a wum every post gets a bit tedious..
 
cjs I have no personal issues with you and I will openly admit you have more than tried in your own way start again as you called it but all the words in the world won't change Blue into Red, all that is needed is some common sense both ways,a mutual understanding of when to stop and a little bit of control over zealous keyboard warriors ( should say zealous verbal keyboard warriors).

I have not once said in all the threads and comments since Saturday that I was going to ban anybody from our board, I did say we should have a single banter or "gashead" thread only to avoid flooding the rest of our board with sarcasm or wums,normal conversation welcome anywhere.

I have no problems with any of your fellow supporters,I must say some do seem to be a bit anti wiz at the moment,not a problem.

I have put my points of view to my fellow Reds and they seem okay with the direction I intend going and have laid out in my message this morning,let us hope things quieten down now.

dont take any of this the wrong way wiz, im not provoking here <ok>

"all that is needed is some common sense both ways,a mutual understanding of when to stop" - i honestly thought we had this to be honest until after city lost on saturday. genuine question, do you think then that us mods need more communication between each other so certain rules can be in place so we know where we all stand? maybe something to look into. but until saturday i honestly didnt see a problem.

"to avoid flooding the rest of our board with sarcasm or wums" - i honestly dont get this. what flooding? lan keeps saying every single thread as well. but all i can see was my thread wumming that the football league show should be good, your ollie twat thread, then your vote against gasheads thread, chris's wum at you about voting against city thread and shinys best mate spunky which was all banter. what other threads have been flooded? 3 of these 5 were on the rovers board too. other threads with comments on were non wum comments. i just dont see this flooding therefore i dont see the problem and thats why the other gasheads see this whole thing as being a bit OTT and see you being angry.

"I must say some do seem to be a bit anti wiz at the moment,not a problem" - i think it comes down to you down the years being the number 1 wummer from the red side at us (which we enjoy) yet now where we been wumming it does looks like its bitterness. it does look like you can give it but not take the banter back. i think thats the reason why. of course that may not be the case but thats how it looks <ok> the wiz we all know on the gas side would of laughed off the wums and would of somehow found away to turn it back on us again getting the last laugh.


again, im not provoking but surely you can see why we are where we are now? i am honestly happy you have no issues with me <ok> hopefully we can build on this.

cjs as much as we want the respect of fellow not606rs I am not trying to be popular,my major concern is the development of our board,I want it to be entertaining,open and enjoyable for as broad a range of Reds as possible,sarcasm and wums now take a much lower priority in my pecking order,good interesting debate about BCFC and it's members are number 1,this is why I want to establish another Natch style banter thread,match thread for live games and open board for the rest,everything has it's place..

Peace and harmony can be established,order will hopefully remain and all can enjoy,they can park their bus where ever they choose to quote an old cliche.

I dont think anyone signs up for this forum for sensible conversation Wiz. Almost everyone knows that this is the ultimate WUM forum and everyone knows it from the second they look on here. Not just on this forum, or the gas forum, but every forum on this not606 is full of it. That is, IMO, the best thing about this forum. If it turns into the official forum, then i may as well stop posting on here and join the official full time (which whilst I love the gas and gasheads, it can be boring as **** debating normal ****, and most posters bash you for having a different opinion on there anyway. Plus, I thought you made a group that is "reds only" for genuine conversation about the **** anyway wiz?

There's no pleasing some people! I'm off down the pub - I think I may come back slightly drunk and have some more fun with my favourite collection of special needs keyboardists.
