With the Hugh Jackman thing, fair play him being a Norwich fan and he does actually have a link to Norwich if I remember rightly, his Nan or something lived in Norfolk for years. But I really hope we don't do that mad sort of love in thing where the club will introduce him at the stadium on Sunday and crap like that. I find it embarrassing and cringeworthy. I know the kids will love seeing Wolverine, but it seems desperate when teams do that. Everton with Sylvester Stallone springs to mind, and to a degree Michael Jackson and Exeter. I've not read anywhere we are, but with the game on Sunday and Hugh Jackman in England seems like a wet dream for the PR team.
He's sort of a Suffolk Alan Carr. Let's face it if he was ordinary we wouldn't be giving the dear old boy the time of day.
Wondering what the device on the wall behind him is next to the photos. Is it an air freshener or some warden call panic alarm.
Whilst leaving the North Stand after the Charlton match I saw him chatting to a steward by the exit that I was heading towards...just before I got there he left, but the guy in front of me, obviously recognizing IC, asked the steward what IC was talking about... The steward's reply was, 'I dunno, he was really slurred...'
