It seems more information has come to light regarding the incident. Apparently just before the drunken Meths drinking Cypriot Aussie called Sammi entered the Bar two men tried to Rob Ali the Bartender but their gun jammed and he was able to overcome them. When Sammi entered the bar and enquired if Ali was still serving drinks he gave him a glass of water whilst explaining what had happened, on showing Sammi the jammed gun it somehow went off nearly hitting Sammi shooting off the end of his finger. This tip he leaves on the bar, Ali is then sacked and told never to return. The newspaper story said: ALI BAR BAR and the FAULTY THIEVES When asked what happened a customer replied ' I asked Open?' says Sammi.
